Driver for the Keithley 2110 5½-digit bench DMM. Wires up to the `instruments-core` capability dispatcher, so every Measure / Configure block works out of the box across functions: DC voltage, DC current, AC voltage, AC current, resistance, frequency. Connected over USBTMC or LAN.
