Driver for the Keithley 2280S-32 programmable PSU (single channel, 32 V / 6 A). Wires up to the `instruments-core` capability dispatcher with the full PSU semantic surface: Set / Measure / Configure / Init / Get Infos / Reset. `current_limit` lives under Configure (CV-mode safety), not Set.
